The DLC Personality Type Questionnaire

"Some folks hide, and some folks seek, and seeking, when it's mindless, neurotic, desperate, or pusillanimous can be a form of hiding. But there are folks who want to know and aren't afraid to look and won't turn tail should they find it . . ."
Tom Robbins, in 'Still Life with Woodpecker'

The DLC Questionnaire that follows is designed to be a helpful guide to your personality type. You will gain more from it by first visiting "Insight into: Personality Typing". However, that isn't essential.

How to take the Questionnaire

There are only twenty questions so it's worth really pondering on the answers, allowing your inner sense to come into play as well as your immediate reaction.

In each case, you have to choose your preference, and its strength, by selecting a point between two, not necessarily related, statements. Click on the button that most closely represents you.

What the test is trying to gauge is the relative strength of internal motivators, so expect to be challenged. Your preference can range from marginal (in the center) to emphatic (at the ends).

If you omit an answer, the test will distort your result in an unpredictable way.

When you've answered all the questions, click on the "Submit" button.
